To help us understand your dream wedding day and provide you with an accurate quotation, we kindly ask you to complete the below questionnaire. Our head florist will then review all of the details and respond to you with either follow up questions, suggestions or recommendations based on your answers. From here, a quotation is provided that truly reflects your dream wedding day vision.

Your bridal bouquet is likely going to be your most important floral creation for the day. It will feature a lot of your photography and will be something you remember whenever you look back at your special day, so it’s important that you work with an expert team that you can trust to create the perfect wedding bouquet for you.

We offer beautiful preserved/dried floral options along with our luxury fresh flower bouquets from both premium and local seasonal blooms. We will finish off with a premium satin ribbon. We could also include a personalised card.

Other bridal party florals include posy bouquets for each bridesmaid and petals for flower girls. We can also create completely unique flower crowns if required, as well as buttonholes for the groom, groomsmen and father of the bride. Corsages can also be created if required.

When it’s time to choose flowers for your wedding reception, you want something that will make a statement but not overwhelm your guests. There are many ways to do this such as using a larger guest table with fewer flowers or choosing acrylic see-through plinths for taller arrangements. If you’re working with a smaller budget, we can also help you find simple foliage that will add just the right interest without breaking your budget.

FAQs

What happens after I place an order?

After you place your flower order, you will first receive an email confirmation showing you the details of your order. On the date of your delivery, you will receive a text message with a photo of your flower bouquet before it heads out for delivery. Then finally, once your flowers have been delivered, you will get a confirmation email letting you know the order is now complete.
Can I make a change to my order?

Yes, you can make a change to your order provided enough notice is given. At Ruby Oak Floristry, we are generally pretty accommodating with this! Providing the flower bouquet has not been made and/or delivered, we will happily accommodate a change at no extra cost. Sometimes this may not be possible or additional charges may apply.
